REFUND POLICY.

Effective September 28, 2026. All pass sales are final, except where a refund is required by law. Losing a wager or disagreeing with a pick does not create an automatic refund.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive the access you purchased, send a message through Support with the purchase date, pass, payment method, and transaction reference. Do not include a full card number or password. We will review the billing issue and correct confirmed errors.

New VIP subscriptions require three monthly payments of $250 ($750 total). You may request cancellation at any time through Manage VIP; it takes effect at the end of the initial three months or the current paid billing period, whichever is later. After the initial term, billing continues monthly until canceled. Existing VIP subscriptions keep their original terms. Other passes do not renew automatically. Rest Days preserve VIP access time; VIP billing continues on its scheduled date. Weekend access ends Sunday at midnight Central Time. Weekly Player Props and full weekly, monthly, and yearly access last 7, 30, or 365 days after payment, with active paid time preserved during Rest Day. See the Terms.
